Cheick Keita is a centre-back born in Champigny-sur-Marne. He came through Reims, made his Ligue 1 debut in 2022, and spent the 2023-24 season on loan at Bastia. In July 2024 he signed for Charleroi, and he has represented France at youth level before joining Mali's senior squad.
