Auto-update — connect once, always current
We refresh fixture data once a day at UTC 0:00. Schedule changes, postponements, new matchups (after a cup draw), and rescheduled fixtures land in your calendar automatically.
Refresh cadence
Daily at UTC 0:00. Your calendar app's own refresh cycle adds further delay (Google Calendar refreshes roughly daily, Apple every few hours, Outlook varies).
No re-download needed
Subscribe once and you're done. Your calendar app pulls fresh data on its own schedule.
Force a fresh sync
Use Settings → Regenerate feed URL to issue a new URL (the old one stops working immediately).
We use email rather than push notifications, so it works the same way on your phone, your laptop, or your tablet without device-specific setup. Toggle each one on or off from Settings.
30-minute kickoff reminder
30 minutes before any followed-team kickoff, you get an email with the fixture, kickoff time in your timezone, and broadcaster (Pro · JP).
Weekly preview (Monday 7am local)
Every Monday at 7am in your local timezone, a digest of the next 7 days of fixtures for your followed teams.
Toggle on / off
Settings → Notifications. Each one independently controllable.
Dashboard — see everything in-app, not just in your calendar
Beyond the Google / Apple / Outlook sync, Kickoff Calendar has its own dashboard on the site. No need to juggle calendar apps — open the browser and the full picture is right there.
Next match countdown
A live-updating countdown to your next followed-team kickoff, pinned at the top.
Upcoming fixtures
All upcoming fixtures sorted chronologically. Free shows the next 5; Pro shows the next 10.
Calendar grid
Month and week views. Click a cell to open the fixture in a modal.
Sidebar
Copy your feed URL, see your followed teams, and your active leagues — all in one rail.
We never put match results in your calendar (that would spoil watching), but the site itself surfaces live standings, broadcaster info, and the latest news.
Live standings
League pages show the current table. The AI chat does too — "What's the Premier League table?" works.
Broadcaster info (Pro · JP)
Pro users in Japan see the broadcaster (DAZN, ABEMA, etc.) for each fixture in calendar event descriptions and on the dashboard.
News, transfers, manager changes
The AI chat blends our own data with web search to pull the latest. Try "Latest United transfer" or "Who is Liverpool's manager?".
Live now indicator
Matches in progress are marked "Live now" in the Next match card and Sidebar.
05
AI chat — ask about fixtures, standings, players
An English / Japanese AI chat that answers football questions: fixtures, standings, player stats, broadcasters, transfers, you name it.
Good questions to try
"When does Manchester United play next?" / "Premier League table" / "J1 top scorers" / "Champions League semi-final dates"
Coverage
All 18 supported leagues + 187 national teams for fixtures / standings / players. News, transfers, managers, broadcasters via web search.
Limits
Anonymous: 3 questions per session. Free plan: 10 / month. Pro plan: 50 / month.
Not great at
Predictions ("who'll win?"), non-football topics, and live in-progress scores (sometimes unavailable).
