Christian Marques is a Swiss-born Portuguese centre-back developed by Wolverhampton Wanderers after earlier youth football in Switzerland. He spent time on loan in England and Portugal and later continued his senior career with clubs including Forest Green Rovers and Tondela. He has represented Portugal at youth level and is primarily a central defender.
