Fafà Picault is a Haitian-American winger born in New York. After early moves through Italy and the United States, he played for Tampa Bay Rowdies and Fort Lauderdale Strikers before joining Sparta Prague. He returned to MLS with Philadelphia Union and later played for FC Dallas, Houston Dynamo, Nashville SC and Vancouver Whitecaps. Picault represented the United States once before switching to Haiti, becoming a regular international attacker.
