Julio Nehúen Daguer González was born on 22 February 2008 in Ciudad de la Costa. Peñarol developed him, and he stood out young for composure beyond his age.
His early career has remained inside Peñarol's pathway, from youth football toward first-team consideration. The senior résumé is short because of his age, but the technical base is clear.
By May 2026 he was connected to Peñarol's first-team and reserve structures, learning the physical rhythm of Uruguayan Primera División football. Patience is central to his development.
For Uruguay he has been involved in youth-team circles and monitored in the wider senior conversation. At this age any senior role is developmental.
Around 1.74 m and right-footed, Daguer is a midfielder based on positioning, clean touches and simple forward passes. Early calmness recalls a young Rodrigo Bentancur, in a smaller frame.
