Juan Manuel Sanabria is a Uruguayan midfielder and left-back from Florida. He developed with Nacional Florida and Nacional before Atlético Madrid signed him for its youth setup. He played for Atlético Madrid B and appeared for the first team in the Copa del Rey, then had a loan at Zaragoza and a longer spell with Atlético San Luis in Mexico. In 2026 he joined Real Salt Lake. Sanabria was heavily involved in Uruguay youth teams from under-15 to under-23 level and made his senior breakthrough in 2025.
