Masaru Hidaka is a midfielder from Hiroshima Prefecture. After Ryutsu Keizai University, he played for Honda FC and won back-to-back Japan Football League titles in 2017 and 2018. He then joined Iwaki FC, helping the club rise through the regional leagues, JFL and J3 League, and earning individual recognition including JFL and J3 Best XI selections. In 2023 he moved to JEF United Chiba, bringing wide midfield and left-sided experience.
