Tim Ream was born in St. Louis, Missouri, and rose through the ranks of youth soccer at St. Dominic High School before making his mark in college soccer with the Saint Louis Billikens. He began his professional career with the New York Red Bulls after being drafted in the 2010 MLS SuperDraft, where he became known for his strong defensive skills and tactical awareness. Ream later moved to Bolton Wanderers in 2012, where he impressed fans with his versatility, playing both as a center-back and left-back. His performance earned him the club's Player of the Year award for two consecutive seasons. After joining Fulham in 2015, he continued to shine, making over 300 appearances and scoring his first Premier League goal in December 2022.
Currently playing as a defender for Charlotte FC, Ream also captains the United States national team. He made his senior debut in 2010 and has since earned over 40 caps, including participation in the 2022 FIFA World Cup, where he played a pivotal role in the team's defense throughout the tournament.
