Yuta Higuchi is a Japanese midfielder. After graduating from Saga Higashi High School and Kagoshima Josei High School's football environment, he began his senior career with Sagan Tosu and became an influential playmaker. Higuchi later joined Kashima Antlers, where his passing range, set-piece delivery and work rate made him a regular option in central and attacking midfield.
