Yannik Keitel is a German midfielder developed by SC Freiburg. He progressed from the club's academy into the first team and became known as a disciplined defensive midfielder who can also fill in at centre-back. After several seasons around Freiburg's Bundesliga squad and Germany youth selections, he moved within the Bundesliga, continuing his career as a tactically reliable central player.
