Alireza Jahanbakhsh is an Iranian winger born in Jirandeh in 1993. After starting with Damash Gilan, he moved to the Netherlands with NEC Nijmegen and then AZ Alkmaar, where he became the 2017-18 Eredivisie top scorer. Brighton & Hove Albion signed him in 2018, and he later returned to Dutch football with Feyenoord, winning the Eredivisie. For Iran, Jahanbakhsh debuted in 2013 and has been part of the squads at the 2014, 2018 and 2022 World Cups as well as multiple Asian Cups.
