Florian Kainz is an Austrian midfielder and winger who began his professional career with Sturm Graz. He later played for Rapid Wien and Werder Bremen before joining 1. FC Köln in 2019. At Köln he became an important creative player and captain, contributing from wide and central roles. Kainz has also been a regular member of Austria’s senior national-team pool.
