Kevin Schade is a German winger and forward born in Potsdam on 27 November 2001. After youth football with SV Babelsberg and Energie Cottbus, he joined SC Freiburg's academy in 2018 and progressed through Freiburg II to the first team. He made his senior breakthrough in Freiburg's Bundesliga squad before moving to Brentford on loan in January 2023. Brentford made the transfer permanent in June 2023 on a five-year contract for a club-record fee, and Schade later became a regular Premier League attacker for the club, including hat-trick performances in league wins. Eligible for Germany and Nigeria through his parents, Schade represented Germany at youth levels and received his first senior call-up in March 2023, making his debut against Peru.
