Thelonious "Thelo" Gerard Aasgaard is a midfielder born in Liverpool who represents Norway through his father's heritage. He developed in the Liverpool and Wigan Athletic academies and made his senior breakthrough at Wigan, later signing a new long-term contract there. In January 2025 he moved to Luton Town, and after Luton were relegated he joined Rangers in July 2025 on a contract until 2029. Aasgaard represented Norway at youth levels and became a senior international in 2025, when he scored four goals as a substitute in Norway's 11-1 World Cup qualifying win over Moldova.
