Wang Shenchao is a Chinese defender who has spent his senior club career with Shanghai Port, formerly Shanghai SIPG. A Genbao Football Academy product, he became a regular as the club climbed from the lower divisions to the Chinese Super League, later serving as captain and contributing to league-title seasons. He has also represented China at senior international level.
