Youssef Hamdaoui is an Antwerp-born midfielder developed by Royal Antwerp, where he had been in the academy from childhood. He signed his first professional contract with the club in 2024 and made his senior debut in February 2025 against Club Brugge. Born in Belgium to a Moroccan family, he played for Belgium at youth level before switching to Morocco's under-18 team.
