Reece Welch is an English centre-back developed by Everton, joining the club's academy as a child and signing professional terms in 2020. He made his senior Everton debut in the FA Cup in 2022 and later gained loan experience with Forest Green Rovers and Deinze. He has also played for England at youth levels.
