Jacob Murphy is an English winger born in Wembley in 1995. He came through Norwich City alongside his twin brother Josh, gaining experience through loans before becoming a first-team player. Newcastle United signed him in 2017, and after loan spells at West Bromwich Albion and Sheffield Wednesday he returned to become a useful Premier League wide player and wing-back. Murphy represented England at under-20 and under-21 levels.
