César Samudio is a Panamanian goalkeeper from Panama City. He played for Chepo, Atlético Veragüense, Costa del Este, Plaza Amador and CAI in Panama before moving to Marathón in Honduras in 2023. With CAI he won the 2022 Liga Panameña de Fútbol and was named the competition's most valuable player. Samudio first entered Panama's senior setup in 2022 and made his full international debut in 2023 against Nicaragua, replacing Luis Mejía during a 3-2 win.
