Jiovany Ramos is a Panamanian centre-back from Panama City. He began with San Francisco and moved to CAI before a series of loan spells in Venezuela with Atlético Venezuela, Deportivo La Guaira, Deportivo Táchira and Puerto Cabello, and in Peru with Alianza Lima. Ramos made his senior Panama debut in a 2020 friendly against Nicaragua. He has remained in the national-team pool while playing in South America and was part of Panama's squad during the 2024-25 CONCACAF Nations League cycle.
