Yoel Bárcenas is a Panamanian winger from Colón. A product of Árabe Unido, he played in Croatia and Mexico before joining Tijuana and spending productive loan spells in Spain with Real Oviedo, Girona and Leganés. He later played for Mazatlán in Liga MX. Bárcenas made his Panama debut in 2014, appeared in all three matches at the 2018 FIFA World Cup and reached 100 caps for his country. He was named in the 2023 CONCACAF Gold Cup Best XI as Panama finished runner-up.
