Fabio Miretti was born on 3 August 2003 in Pinerolo, near Turin, and joined Juventus's academy in 2011. He made his professional debut for the U23 / Next Gen team in February 2021 and his Champions League debut for the senior side against Malmö FF in December 2021.
In May 2022 he became the first Juventus player born after 2002 to start a Serie A match (against Venezia), and following his promotion to the senior squad in August 2022 he registered the first Serie A assist by a 2003-born player. He has played dozens of senior games for Juventus across multiple seasons.
In August 2024 he was loaned to Genoa for the 2024-25 season to gain regular Serie A minutes, before returning to the Juventus first-team squad.
He has represented Italy across U18, U19, U20 and U21 levels, scoring multiple goals, and earned his senior debut as a substitute against Austria in November 2022.
A 1.84 m central / attacking midfielder with strong technique, vision and ball control, Miretti has been compared to former Juventus midfielder Claudio Marchisio for his similar academy background and ability to arrive in the box. He is regarded by Juventus as one of the most promising homegrown midfielders of his generation.
