Ricardo Phillips Hinds is a Panamanian winger from Panama City. A Deportivo Universitario youth product, he moved to Slovakia with DAC Dunajská Streda and made his professional debut there in 2020 before a loan to Zemplín Michalovce. He later played for Deportivo del Este, 9 de Octubre, Plaza Amador and Delfín. Phillips has represented Panama at under-23 level and made senior appearances from 2022.
