Gianluca Mancini is an Italian centre-back born in Pontedera on 17 April 1996. He developed in Fiorentina's academy and began senior football with Perugia before joining Atalanta, where he established himself in Serie A and European competition. Roma signed him on loan in 2019 with an obligation to buy, and he became a regular defender for the club. Mancini won the UEFA Europa Conference League with Roma in 2022 and has also represented Italy at under-21 and senior levels, making his senior debut in 2019.
