Noni Madueke was born on 10 March 2002 in Barnet, Greater London, to Nigerian parents. He came through the youth academies of Crystal Palace and Tottenham Hotspur before making the decision to move abroad, signing for Dutch club PSV Eindhoven in June 2018 at the age of 16, having turned down interest from Manchester United. He established himself in the Eredivisie over the following seasons, earning the number 10 shirt and signing an extended contract at the club.
A notable early highlight came in August 2021, when Madueke scored twice in a 4–0 Johan Cruyff Shield victory over Ajax. He joined Chelsea in January 2023 for around £28.5 million, and during his time at Stamford Bridge won the UEFA Conference League and the 2025 FIFA Club World Cup. He also scored a hat-trick in a 6–2 win over Wolverhampton Wanderers in August 2024.
A fast, left-footed winger with strong dribbling ability, Madueke joined Arsenal in July 2025 for a reported initial fee of £48.5 million, signing a five-year contract. He scored his first goal for the club in a Champions League win over Bayern Munich in November 2025.
Madueke made his senior England debut in September 2024, coming on as a substitute against Finland in the UEFA Nations League, and has since earned further caps including his first senior international goal in a World Cup qualifier against Serbia in September 2025.
