Facundo Torres is a Uruguayan attacking midfielder and winger from Montevideo. A Peñarol academy product, he debuted in 2020, scored in his first senior match, and helped the club win the 2021 Uruguayan Primera División. Orlando City signed him in 2022, and he helped the club win the U.S. Open Cup. After a spell with Palmeiras, he returned to MLS with Austin FC. Torres represented Uruguay at several youth levels, made his senior debut in 2021, and was named in the 2022 World Cup squad.
