Santiago Moreno is a Colombian winger from Cali who began his senior career with America de Cali. Portland Timbers signed him in 2021, and he quickly became part of their MLS Cup playoff run that season. He later moved to Fluminense and joined FC Dallas on loan, continuing his career between Colombian, Brazilian and MLS football.
