Taisei Miyashiro was born on 26 May 2000 in Tokyo, Japan. He came through Kawasaki Frontale's youth ranks and went on multiple loans during his early career — Tokushima Vortis (2021), Sagan Tosu (2022), and back to Kawasaki — before joining Vissel Kobe in January 2024.
His Vissel Kobe career was outstanding. The 2024 season produced 32 J1 League matches with 11 goals and an assist, helping Vissel win the J1 League and the Emperor's Cup that year. The 2025 season was even better: 34 J1 matches with 11 goals and 4 assists, 6 AFC Champions League Elite matches with 3 goals — Vissel's standout attacker.
In January 2026 Miyashiro moved to Spain on loan to Las Palmas in Segunda División. His Spanish debut has been productive: 13 league matches with 4 goals and an assist in his half-season.
For Japan, Miyashiro was part of the squad that won the EAFF E-1 Football Championship in 2025, contributing 4 goals across the calendar year's 8 friendlies and 2 EAFF tournament matches.
A 178cm two-footed centre forward with elite finishing, technical security and the work rate to lead the press, Miyashiro is one of the J1 League's most reliable young scorers and a strong candidate for the 2026 FIFA World Cup squad. He has won J1 (2024), the Emperor's Cup (2023, 2020–21, 2024), the Super Cup (2019), and the EAFF E-1 Championship (2025).
