Divin Mubama was born on 25 October 2004 in Newham, London, and joined the West Ham United academy at the age of eight. He signed his first professional contract with the club in October 2021 and made his senior debut in November 2022 in the UEFA Europa Conference League, contributing to a 3–0 win over Romanian side FCSB. He went on to score his first senior goal in the same competition, netting in a 4–0 victory against AEK Larnaca in March 2023.
One of the defining moments of his time at West Ham came in the 2022–23 FA Youth Cup, where Mubama finished as the competition's top scorer — including a hat-trick against Southampton — before his side defeated Arsenal 5–1 in the final. West Ham also won the UEFA Europa Conference League that same season, giving Mubama a senior honour early in his career.
A direct, physically capable centre-forward with a strong instinct for goal, Mubama joined Manchester City in August 2024 for a £2 million compensation fee and marked his debut for the club with a goal in an 8–0 FA Cup win over Salford City in January 2025. He is currently on loan at EFL Championship side Stoke City for the 2025–26 season, where he has continued to develop his game at senior level, scoring on his debut and recording his first senior hat-trick in November 2025 against Bristol City.
At international level, Mubama has represented England from under-15 through to under-21, making his England U21 debut in September 2025 during a UEFA European Under-21 Championship qualification win away to Kazakhstan.
