Hu Hetao is a Chinese left wing-back from Wanzhou, Chongqing. He came through Chengdu Rongcheng's structure and was called into the first team in 2022 while still a young player. He made his Chinese Super League debut against Shenzhen in June 2022 and scored his first senior goal the following month against Meizhou Hakka. Hu later represented China at under-20, under-23 and senior levels.
