Petros Mantalos is a Greek attacking midfielder who came through Skoda Xanthi and became closely associated with AEK Athens. He joined AEK while the club was rebuilding and later captained the team, winning domestic honours and playing in European competition. Mantalos has also been a regular Greece international, used for his creativity, set-piece delivery and experience.
