Taiyo Igarashi is a forward and winger from Sagamihara, Kanagawa. He came through Kawasaki Frontale's academy and was promoted to the first team for the 2022 season, making a senior appearance in the AFC Champions League. He then gained J2 League experience on loan at Renofa Yamaguchi from 2023 to 2024. In 2025 he moved on loan to Tochigi SC, where his pace and direct wide play made him an attacking option.
