Ibrahim Bayesh is an Iraqi midfielder born in Baghdad in 2000. After early spells with Al-Sinaa, Zakho, Naft Al-Wasat and Al-Zawraa, he became a key player for Al-Quwa Al-Jawiya, scoring in the 2018 AFC Cup final as the club won the continental title. He later moved to Al-Riyadh and Al-Dhafra. Bayesh debuted for Iraq in 2017, has been a regular through Gulf Cup, Asian Cup and World Cup qualification cycles, and was a major figure in Iraq's 2023 Arabian Gulf Cup win, where he shared the top-scorer honour and was named best player.
