Kevin Rodríguez is an Ecuadorian forward born in Ibarra on 4 March 2000. He began with Imbabura and became an important scorer for the club before joining Independiente del Valle in late 2022. Rodríguez's rise brought him into Ecuador's national team picture, and he was included in the squad for the 2022 FIFA World Cup. In September 2023 he signed for Belgian club Union Saint-Gilloise on a four-year deal with an option for an extra year. He made his European debut in the UEFA Europa League and scored his first goals for Union in a league win over Kortrijk.
