Oumar Diakite is an Ivorian forward born in Bingerville in 2003. He came through ASEC Mimosas, moved to Red Bull Salzburg and played for Liefering before joining Reims in 2023. He later went on loan to Cercle Brugge. Diakite made his Ivory Coast debut in 2023 and scored the extra-time winner against Mali in the 2023 Africa Cup of Nations quarter-final, helping the team on its way to the title.
