Pedro Jorge Pacheco Seabra is a Portuguese centre-back who grew up partly in Switzerland. He developed with Black Stars Basel, Concordia Basel and Basel, then played for Basel U21 and had Swiss loan spells before returning to Portugal with Amarante. After two seasons at Mafra, he joined Santa Clara and helped the club win Liga Portugal 2.
