Samir Chergui is a centre-back for Paris FC. Trained at Brétigny and Auxerre, he originally played higher up the pitch before settling as a central defender or right-back. After leaving Auxerre in 2020, he joined Paris FC and made his professional debut in Ligue 2 against Ajaccio in January 2021. He later became a regular for the club, scored his first professional goal against Amiens in 2022, and has represented Algeria at senior international level.
