Ali Alipour is an Iranian striker born in Qaem Shahr in 1995. He first became known at Rah Ahan and then made his major breakthrough with Persepolis, where his pressing, movement and finishing helped him win league titles and become a Persian Gulf Pro League top scorer. He later moved to Portugal with Maritimo and Gil Vicente, adding European experience. Alipour has been around Iran's senior squad since the late 2010s, competing for forward minutes in a strong attacking group led by players such as Mehdi Taremi and Sardar Azmoun.
