Ervin Vaca Moreno was born on 18 March 2004 in Bolivia and developed as a midfielder in the Bolívar structure. His early football education came in one of the country's most demanding club environments, where young midfielders are expected to handle possession, altitude rhythm and the pressure of continental ambitions at the same time.
Vaca's rise has been tied to his ability to play as a defensive midfielder or deeper connector rather than as a pure creator. At youth level and in early senior minutes he showed balance, ball-winning instincts and enough technical security to survive in a Bolívar side that often dominates domestic matches but faces very different problems in the Copa Libertadores.
As of May 2026 he is listed with Bolívar La Paz. He remains part of the younger domestic core around which both club and country can plan, and regular exposure to strong internal competition has kept him close to the senior national-team conversation.
For Bolivia he has entered the senior pool during the 2026 World Cup cycle, a period in which the national team has tried to refresh the midfield around Gabriel Villamíl, Robson Matheus, Ramiro Vaca and Miguel Terceros. His role is still developing, but he offers a more disciplined base for matches that require control rather than only transitions.
Around 1.75 m and right-footed, Vaca is a compact midfielder whose strengths are positioning, tackling and simple forward passing. His style is comparable to a younger Leonel Justiniano with more room to grow physically: not spectacular, but useful in keeping the team balanced when more creative players move ahead of the ball.
