Emmanuel Kakou is an Ivorian centre-back developed at Reference Foot Academy. He moved to Belgium with Jong Cercle in January 2024 and made his senior Cercle Brugge debut against Mechelen in September of the same year. Kakou was promoted into the first-team setup, extended his contract through 2027, and received an Ivory Coast under-23 call-up in 2026.
