Jordy Alcívar is an Ecuadorian midfielder and defender born in Manta on 5 August 1999. He began his professional career with LDU Quito, winning domestic honours including the Ecuadorian Serie A, Copa Ecuador and Supercopa Ecuador. Alcívar was part of Ecuador's successful under-20 generation in 2019, winning the South American U-20 Championship and finishing third at the FIFA U-20 World Cup. In 2022 he joined Major League Soccer expansion side Charlotte FC, then returned to Ecuador with Independiente del Valle, later also spending time on loan at León.
