Mattie Pollock is an English defender who came through Grimsby Town after earlier youth spells with Middlesbrough, Leeds United and Polton Allstars. He moved to Watford in 2021 and gained further senior experience on loan at Cheltenham Town and Aberdeen before becoming part of Watford's first-team squad.
