Redouane Halhal is a defender born in Montpellier, France, in 2003. He developed in France and Spain before joining Belgian club Mechelen, which loaned him to Helmond Sport for the 2024-25 season. After regular football in the Dutch Eerste Divisie, he returned to Mechelen and became part of their first-team defence. Born in France and eligible for Morocco, Halhal was called into the Morocco senior national-team environment in 2026 after previously being tracked as a Moroccan-qualified centre-back.
