Filip Panák is a Czech defender who began his senior career with Karviná before joining Sparta Prague. Originally also used in midfield, he developed into a composed centre-back and became part of Sparta teams competing for Czech league honours and in Europe. His career included injury interruptions, but he returned to become an important defensive option. Panák has represented the Czech Republic at senior level.
