Pavel Bucha is a Czech midfielder who developed at Slavia Prague and became established in the Czech league with Viktoria Plzeň. He won domestic honors with Plzeň and gained European competition experience. Bucha later moved to Major League Soccer with FC Cincinnati, adding central-midfield depth and European experience.
