Rein Van Helden is a Belgian centre-back from Genk. He moved from the Genk academy to Sint-Truiden as a youth player, then developed through the first team and a loan at MVV. After becoming a regular at Sint-Truiden and earning Belgium under-21 caps, he joined Antwerp in January 2026.
