Shimpei Fukuoka is a Japanese midfielder from Nara. A Kyoto Sanga academy product, he was promoted to the first team in 2018 and made his professional career with the club. He became an important homegrown player as Kyoto returned to the J1 League and continued to wear the number 10 shirt.
