Abdoulaye Doucouré is a Malian midfielder born in Meulan-en-Yvelines, France, in 1993. He developed at Rennes and moved to Watford, where he became a powerful Premier League midfielder noted for ball-winning and late runs into the box. Everton signed him in 2020, and he scored important goals in relegation battles, including the strike that kept Everton in the Premier League in 2023. Doucouré represented France at youth levels before choosing Mali internationally.
