Cristhian Loor is an Ecuadorian goalkeeper born in La Concordia on 9 March 2006. He came through Independiente del Valle and was promoted around the first team after representing Ecuador at the 2025 South American U-20 Championship. Loor had already been part of Ecuador youth squads at under-17, under-20 and under-23 level, including the 2023 FIFA U-20 World Cup and the 2024 CONMEBOL Pre-Olympic Tournament. In June 2025 he joined Brazilian club Botafogo on a contract through the end of 2028.
