Tyrique George is an English winger born on 4 February 2006 in London. He joined Chelsea's academy at the age of eight in 2014 and progressed steadily through the youth ranks before breaking into the senior setup. He made his first-team debut for Chelsea in August 2024, coming on as a substitute in a UEFA Conference League play-off tie against Servette.
George's breakthrough season was 2024–25, during which he contributed to Chelsea's UEFA Conference League triumph — scoring in a quarter-final win over Legia Warsaw — and also netted his first Premier League goal in a victory over Fulham that helped seal Chelsea's Champions League qualification. He went on to win the FIFA Club World Cup with Chelsea in 2025, scoring in the group stage against Espérance de Tunis, and later added his first UEFA Champions League goal in a 5–1 win over Ajax in October 2025.
A direct, attack-minded winger with a sharp eye for goal, George has shown the ability to contribute in big moments across multiple competitions.
Representing England at youth level from Under-16 through to Under-21, he made his England Under-21 debut in October 2025 and scored his first goal at that level in a qualifier against Andorra.
In February 2026, George joined Everton on loan until the end of the season, with an option to make the move permanent, giving him regular first-team football as he continues to develop.
